My yoga journey began as a physical practice, a way to stretch and move. Over time, it has become so much more— a space for stillness, self-inquiry, and healing. As l've grown, yoga has grown with me-supporting me through change, grounding me in challenge, and reminding me to return to presence. What started on the mat now weaves through all areas of my life, guiding how I live, breathe, and connect.

Alexa Giardino

Alexa is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa and Hatha styles, with additional studies in Kundalini and Yin Yoga. She also holds a mindfulness certification and brings a trauma-informed lens to her teaching as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) in training.

Alexa’s classes are grounded in compassion, curiosity, and care. With a deep respect for the connection between mind and body, she integrates therapeutic tools, somatic awareness, and mindfulness practices to help students reconnect with themselves. Her approach prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and self-trust—encouraging students to honor their unique needs and find ease in their own bodies.

Known for her down-to-earth energy and sense of humor, Alexa creates a warm, welcoming environment where students can breathe deeply, move mindfully, and feel safe to explore. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find space to show up just as you are.

Linda Johnson

Linda Johnson

Linda is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in the Vinyasa style, with additional studies in Yoga Nidra, Adaptive and Restorative Yoga. Linda also holds her Personal Training and Foam Rolling Certificates through the American Sports & Fitness Association. 

Linda’s classes are an energetic blend of Vinyasa flows and strength training. She prioritizes excellent alignment and form while building strength through the use of dumbbells, resistance bands and more, to support healthy joints and muscles, improve metabolic health, prevent injuries, and increase bone density. 

Linda’s students enjoy a delightful camaraderie and have built lasting friendships both on and off the mat. Her classes are atypical in that the music and conversations can get loud and boisterous. However, she makes sure to wind down classes with a quiet cool down and stretch, followed by savasana. 

Amy Walsh

Amy discovered yoga as a way to manage stress and found it to be a transformative practice I wanted to share this gift with others. Amy is a 200 hour certified yoga, instructor trained in hatha, restorative and mindful meditation. Her teaching philosophy is creating a space where students can explore their bodies and minds, build strength, flexibility, and inner peace. 

Amanda Paladino

Amanda studied yoga in the rainforest of Moyobamba, Peru at Moksha Yoga Amazonica.  She started doing yoga when she was a child, and remembers following along with her mom as she practiced. Yoga has been there for her throughout her life, but it wasn’t until 2019 when she was studying for the bar exam that Amanda found the true solace a yoga practice can bring, and how it felt like coming home to herself. 

Amanda’s belief is that yoga is for everybody, regardless of experience level, and she feels passionately about using movement and breath to cultivate a sense of peace and harmony within oneself.  She considers herself a forever student of this ancient practice, and feels deep fulfillment from learning the many layers of yoga and its history. Her goal is to create a safe and magical atmosphere in class where all feel at ease and inspired. 

Off the mat, Amanda enjoys hiding away with a good book, music (which she loves to blend into her classes in creative ways), poetry, being in nature, travel and learning about different cultures, & spending loving quality time with her partner, her puppy-child, and her treasured friends/family.

Jackie Weckesser

Jackie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, as a way to heal her body from many injuries. She received her yoga certification from the Kripalu Center, and has been teaching for many years. She continues to study the Ashtanga Method with Bobbi Misiti. Specialties include Gentle, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness and Chair Yoga, with a focus on Private Sessions for those with medical or cognitive challenges. Jai  Bhagwan!

Beth Northup

Beth Northup, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Rensselaer, NY. Her interest in energy work began in 2003, leading her to train in Healing Touch and explore the transformative effects of sound healing through Crystal Bowl Meditation. Inspired by her personal experience, Beth began offering meditation sessions using her own crystal bowls in 2019. She also incorporates Perelandra Essences into her holistic approach to wellness. Outside of her practice, Beth enjoys yoga, gardening, and cooking.
