Policies

1. Package cards and gift certificates do not expire, unless otherwise specified.

2. All sales are final, sorry no refunds!

3. Please be considerate and give me as much notice as possible to any changes or cancellations. You will receive confirmation of your appointment.  If you have to reschedule or cancel an appointment please allow 24hrs to do so. If you confirm your appointment and do not call or show up  you may be charged a $35 fee. 

4. If you arrive late to your appointment also understand that we must still end on time so that the next person can have their time.

***** New clients encouraged to come in 5 mins early to fill out the intake form.

Payment

     *  You may pay for your appointment with cash, credit/ debit card, or check (made Payable to Om Shanti Healing Arts) at the time of your appointment. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
