AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS

Shirodhara: 3rd Eye Pour | Shirodhara is a unique and powerful Ayurvedic therapy that balances and stabilizes the mind. For this treatment specially prepared warm herbal oil is poured in a thin steady stream directly onto the forehead and “Ajna” or third eye chakra. Shirodhara purifies the mind, alleviates anxiety, reduces headaches, and expands awareness. Includes scalp/ head massage. $65/30min

Abhyanga : Ayurvedic Hot Oil Massage | A form of Ayurvedic medicine that involves massage of the body with Dosha-specific warm herb-infused oil. The oil, pressure, number of repetitions and temperature are all determined by your specific dosha. $100/hr

Customized Therapeutic Massage | Uses Swedish, deep tissue, neuro-muscular and myo-fascial techniques to aid in the release of chronic tension and pain held deep in the muscles and connective tissue. In addition to aiding in circulation, benefits include an overall reduction in tension, stress and anxiety, promoting a peaceful and content state of mind. Your therapist will customize your session to meet your specific wants & needs. May include hot towels and/or aromatherapy. $100/hr

Traditional Thai Massage | An ancient healing art dating back to 500 B.C with deep roots in Thai Medicine, Buddhism and Yoga. Nuad Boran translates to “Ancient Medicine”.  Using deep compression, Acupressure, stretching and breathing techniques this bodywork helps to open and balance energies in the body, increasing flexibility, unwinding accumulated stress and limiting pain and tension. $120/hr

 ENERGYWORK & METAPHYSICAL HEALING

Reiki & Chakra Balancing | Reiki comes from the Japanese word “Cosmo” or universal energy. Includes long, warming holds on different energy centers in the body. The deep, healing relaxation is great for all types of ailments. This session uses the ancient healing power of Reiki to cleanse and clear the body of negative, stagnant energy and illuminating the chakras. Crystals, Essential Oils, Sage and Sounds are also sometimes used.  $100/hr

Crystal Healing | Crystal healing is a vibrational, energy-based modality. This offering uses crystals placed either on and or around the physical body or laid in geometric patterns or grids.
