Lesli has spent most of her adult life supporting others. She received a Master in Education and counseling, working in multiple support agencies. She supported children with multiple and varied disabilities.
Through her own inner work, Lesli found the benefits of energy and healing modalities. The profound changes she experienced motivated her to become a Reiki Master, Metatronic Healing student, and IET certified. Lesli has ten years experience in various energy modalities.
Lesli has supported clients with fibromyalgia, chronic trauma responses, addiction and stress relief. The purpose of her offerings is to assist her clients with finding balance in all aspects of life, and to leave feeling more relaxed and able to meet the challenges of everyday life with new vigor.

ENERGYWORK & METAPHYSICAL HEALING
Reiki & Chakra Balancing | Reiki comes from the Japanese word “Cosmo” or universal energy. Includes long, warming holds on different energy centers in the body. The deep, healing relaxation is great for all types of ailments. This session uses the ancient healing power of Reiki to cleanse and clear the body of negative, stagnant energy and illuminating the chakras. Crystals, Essential Oils, Sage and Sounds are also sometimes used. $95/hr
