After years serving the community as a veterinary technician, Lianne underwent a weight loss journey. Through hard work and dedication, she successfully shed over 150lbs. Wanting to share that uplifting experience, Lianne became a NASM certified personal trainer. However, fortune had other plans for over the course of the next decade she recieved multiple diagnosis of debilitating illnesses. Her unrelenting desire to “get better” and resume an old practice she loved brought her into Om Shanti for a yoga class in August 2021. For the first time in her life she felt like she belonged. The love, support, and guidance reminded her of her passion to help heal. Lianne went on to become a Reiki I and II healer, an ordained minister, and is currently enrolled in 200 hr YTT thru Siddhi Yoga. She recently received a certification for Shirodhara treatments & Tarot reading! When not helping others, you can find her spending time with her fur and feathered babies!

Reiki & Chakra Balancing | Reiki comes from the Japanese word “Cosmo” or universal energy. Includes long, warming holds on different energy centers in the body. The deep, healing relaxation is great for all types of ailments. This session uses the ancient healing power of Reiki to cleanse and clear the body of negative, stagnant energy and illuminating the chakras. Crystals, Essential Oils, Sage and Sounds are also sometimes used. $95/hr
