Traditional Thai-Yoga: Level 1 Certification – 15 CEUs

Must be a certified Yoga Instructor and/or a Licensed Massage Therapist. (LMTS will receive 15 CEs for this course through NCBTMB)

$375 early bird price (before 2/15/2020)
$425 (after 2/15/2020)

In this course you will learn how to preform a full body Thai – Yoga routine that you can add to your existing practice. You will learn to use hands, knees, feet, arms and legs to move the client through a series of passive yoga postures. This class will cover energy lines, poses, sequences, body mechanics and Traditional Thai – Yoga techniques.

Thai Intro level one certification. Please bring Level I intro manual to class.

In this course you will learn how to expand your Thai – Yoga/Massage routine. In this segment we will go over abdominal, double leg techniques AND side lying positions.

NOTE: This is done on a mat on the floor. Students will spend several hours on the floor during the course of this class. Feel free to bring a pillow or cushion to make yourself more comfortable.
If you have any special needs, please contact me prior to the class.
Please bring a yoga mat, flat sheet and a pen, all other materials (additional props & course manuals) will be provided.
Please also wear comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing.
